I did something a little unusual for a wedding photographer the other day - I asked GreenUnion to audit MyWeddingStory for environmental sustainability. They use their own GreenGuage system to assess businesses against ten areas of sustainable management measures. I’m pretty pleased (OK VERY pleased) to report that MyWeddingStory received a very creditable 9 out of 10 for “greenness”.

Occasionally I like to send out emails - they could be news, offers or just a great picture to shout about. Of course i hate spam so I’ve just started using iContact to keep in touch with past and future clients. If you’d like to sign up to receive these emails then just fill out the box below.
Alternatively, if you don’t like getting emails and have come here to complain then please accept my apologies - I never want to send people email they don’t want to read. At the bottom of each email is an “opt out” - the easiest way to stop email from me is to use that form. Remember way back (OK a couple of weeks ago) when I went on holiday?

I work all over Kent, Sussex, London, Essex and even Birmingham on one occasion. However, Wiltshire and the beautiful village of Castle Coombe was a first for me. But with a venue this stunning and such a lovely couple it was hard to say no. Of course that picture’s from the end of the day - there were lots more before we got to the night pictures.

Well, looks like summer is nearly over. It must be time for my holidays! I’m off to Mevagissey in Cornwall for a week from 6th - 13th October.
And I’m not just saying this to make you jealous…. Mevagissey has been scientifically selected as having the worst T-Mobile reception in the country. If you need to contact me really urgently then you can try the mobile but there are no guarantees. I got a call this morning at about 9:30. It was Carly as in “Carly and Graham - an outdoor wedding“. She and Graham are back from honeymoon and were really keen to see their pictures. How keen? Well, they got home at 7 and called me at 9:30…. Neither of them had slept in a day or so but managed to avoid dozing off while watching their DVD and when I left they looked like they were going to spend the afternoon looking through their prints. If sleep didn’t get them first.
