Well the decorations have been hung, I’ve been down for the traditional carols with the arch bishop in the centre of Canterbury - it’s Christmas here at MyWeddingStory!

If you feel an urgent need to contact me during the festive period then pour yourself another snowball and chill - it’s Christmas. Believe it or not there will be people staffing the 0800 number for me 24 hours over Christmas but I keep telling them they need to relax more. Call me if you like but unless it’s really urgent I’ll get back to you after the nut roast has been eaten. Oh and there’s always email.
Vicky and Daniel - an album

A lot of the albums I show in my gallery are GraphiStudio coffee book style albums. These look beautiful and are a wonderfully modern style of album. But sometimes you just can’t beat elegance. When I want a timelessly classic album, I design using Jorgensen. Like this one that I just designed for Daniel’s mother. Plain black bookcloth, black pages with a white bevel around the pictures - sheer class. The bride and groom don’t look too bad either

If you’re a regular visitor to MyWeddingStory then you’ll notice things have changed a little. Ok they have changed a lot
Out with the old pink site and in with a new super slick black and white theme. I think it’s cleaner, easier to read and easier to navigate. More importantly it’s a lot easier for me to maintain. I’ve replaced all the hard coded galleries with a new cool content management system. What that means is that I’ll be able to update the site a lot more often. This should mean that you get to see loads more pictures, news and information from me.
It also means that in the short term you may see a couple of “quirks” as I iron out the site. There are a lot of changes under the bonnet - and I’m much better at taking pictures than writing websites
