Clair looking fabulous at her wedding

This is Clair at her wedding to Jim at the Blazing Donkey. She absolutely loves this picture but there’s one more picture she doesn’t like quite so much.

Ordinarily I would never take a picture of a bride smoking but it had been a more than usually tense morning and you could see fromt he shot that Clair had suddenly just relaxed. I looked good and hard at it when I was editing and eventually decided to include it in the 370 or so pictures I delivered. I reckoned if Clair hated it she could just throw it out.

She did hate it. But she didn’t just throw it out. She gave up smoking. I had an email from her the other day to say that in the 9 weeks since she saw that picture she hasn’t smoked a single cigarette. She even went as far as to suggest I should use it as therapy for future brides!

I don’t know about that - but I could always use it as blackmail :). So Clair, if you don’t want to see it posted here then keep on giving up!
