Krys arrives at the Archbishop's Palace in Maidstone

Check out this “arrival” shot from Krystina and Gary’s wedding at the Archbishop’s Palace in Maidstone.  Yep, with the mercury pushing 30 degrees Krys and Penny and their father and Ian were forced to huddle into the shade.  We’re used to beautiful wedding weatehr in Kent but this was the hottest of the year.  So far….

Inside the wonderful medieval undercroft….Krys and Gary were married.

Though of course even during the first kiss they needed the benefit of a couple of cooling fans to stop everybosy melting!

And of course, everybody wanted a picture of the gorgeous bride and her very new husband.

Since it was a Monday, we got a few minutes more than usual on the steps outside the Palace.  Long enough to get the entire wedding party into the shot!

Fortunately the Apothecary’s Garden at the side of the Palace is always cool.  And the tree lined walk provides a beautiful area for pictures.

And the nearby river provided a perfect backdrop for even more pictures.
